We offer two service levels:
Standard Data Destruction – certified digital erasure using Parted Magic, suitable for most businesses.
High-Level Data Destruction – government-approved degaussing, full audit reporting, and optional physical shredding for clients requiring maximum security.

3. Can you provide certificates of destruction?

Yes. For every item processed, we provide a Certificate of Data Destruction listing the method used, serial numbers, timestamps, and audit details.

4. Do you handle collections in London and across the South East?

Yes. We collect free of charge for most businesses in London, Kent, Essex, Sussex, Surrey, Reading, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.

5. What happens to equipment after data destruction?

Where possible, equipment is refurbished, reused, or donated to charity. Remaining items are processed according to WEEE regulations to ensure ethical and environmentally responsible recycling.

6. Do you provide waste transfer or hazardous waste documentation?

Yes. A Waste Transfer Note is provided for every collection, and Hazardous Waste Notes are supplied where required.

7. Do you use your own drivers?

Yes. We never use third-party couriers. All collections are made by Bioteknik employees using secured vehicles to maintain full chain-of-custody control.

8. How quickly is data destroyed after collection?

Standard jobs are processed within 1–24 hours of arriving at our secure facility. High-level destruction is usually completed the same day.

9. Can you wipe or destroy SSDs, NVMe drives, and modern storage devices?

Yes. Our certified erasure software supports all modern storage types and provides detailed audit reports.
