• You are within 5 miles of our planned London route on that day
• No additional travel, congestion charge or parking is required

Will i recieve a rebate on my items?
You may receive a rebate in qualifying items that are in a good working state and under 3 years old. We may require more detailed information about the items being recycled. What you will receive will depend on services you require, market value of the items being recycling & collection location.
Do you collect small quantities like just a couple of phones?
Yes — we offer a flexible Small Collection Service for 1–9 items.
Is the collection free?
Free collection starts at 10+ items, or if your location is directly on our planned route with no detour. You may still qualify for a free collection service & a member of our ream will check the items being recycled on a case by case basis.
Why is there a collection charge for small quantities?
London travel can add costs such as driver time, congestion charges, ULEZ, and parking.
The micro-collection fee ensures the service stays efficient and secure.
What is the cheapest option?
The Secure Mail-In Service — just £10 per device and no collection fee.
Do you still provide certificates for small jobs?
Yes. All data destruction jobs include a full Certificate of Destruction.
Do you offer high-security destruction for small quantities?
Yes — including degaussing, audit logs, and optional shredding.
Do we need to sign a large ITAD agreement?
No — for small quantities we use a simplified authorisation email.
This keeps it quick while remaining GDPR compliant.
Can we add small items to your London route?
Yes — small jobs can be added for £35 on the next scheduled route. Charges maybe waivered on qualifying items.
